last night in resolving our Exchange problems. Without
their help there is no doubt we would not have been
able to resolve the problem in the timescales. They

amount of disruption, very polite and he even cleaned

Orchid carried out a migration of on of
their 50 user sites from NT 4 to Windows 2000, which included
the rebuild of their main servers and installation of
raid hardware, we also upgraded all of their NT4 servers
to Windows 2000. Orchid currently supply the majority
of the hardware and software to Speedy Hire, were we also
provide a yearly support contract for their servers and
desktops.

Here at the Study Centre at Derby County
we appreciate the expert help and personal touch we receive
from all at Orchid UK and in particular Simon Hulland,
in Educational sales. We always go to Orchid as our first
choice for hardware and software and the service is second
to none. We have worked with Orchid for a number of years
and that in itself speaks volumes, others have come and

I wanted to thank you for your efficient
and especially patient support last week when my PC was
acting up. In the end the problem was downstairs and when
a cable was replaced my PC began to work again, nevertheless
I was very impressed. The problem was not indicated except
by my PC not connecting. As an IT troglodyte I found your
calm approach reassuring, especially as I was facing missed
deadlines and cancelled appointments which were impacting
on my stress levels. I hope I didn’t come across
as too manic!

I really want to thank you for the effort
that Chris and the team have put in to help with our move
to the data centre in London. Although necessary, this
move was something I wasn't particularly looking forward
to, however with Orchid's help it was a breeze. All the
hardware arrived in London in perfect condition and the
rack was built in a very neat and tidy fashion. The downtime
was less than expected which is always of paramount importance
to us and everything was in place, tested and released
in plenty of time for one of our busiest periods.

Due to the brilliant service I have received
from your company I feel it necessary to say a big thank
you. I have had a stressful few months due to a couple
of projects in the community that have been funded by
the Government (never easy!) These projects are now successfully
off the ground and have come in on budget thanks to the
perseverance of Simon Hulland and your team. Due to Simon’s
commitment, Ryde High School continues to purchase through
your company. The service Simon personally has given has
at all times been with great humour and professionalism,
the equipment we have received has been good and received

and without any fuss.

The system thus far is excellent and there have been
numerous comments about speed.
The installation and configuration was excellent, as
was the overall service and support that Directorbank
has received in the past week. Joe and Guy have done an
excellent job with the build and config. Many thanks also
to yourself for clearing the decks to allow this operation
to be possible and to Darren for arranging the speedy
delivery of the components and also to Simon for sorting
out the licencing issues of Citrix.
The only complaint was that the tea from the machine
which was dreadful, however the situation was saved by
several cups of proper tea by Julie, so thanks to her
for that.

Further to our recent discussions and visit
from you and your engineer, and Graham, I would like to
say how pleased we are with the service provided and equipment
you have installed.
Your engineer had installed a lot of the
background data prior to attending our premises, and so
saved a lot of time here. The disruption was minimal and
everything was explained to us in non IT language that
we could understand.
I have made one call subsequently just to
resolve a query and again that was quickly sorted.
I am aware that businesses in general only
get feedback if there are issues, but felt that the customer
service offered by Orchid was excellent. Please pass on
